SPECIAL FEATURES OF HEXAGONAL HOLLOW SCREWS
The CHC or BTR screw is the self-sealing screw with a flat cylindrical head, hollow hexagonal recess. These gasketed screws are designed to seal against air, water, lubricants and other liquid or gaseous contaminants.
The o-rings are pre-mounted on the screws. A single reference therefore allows sealing in addition to the screwing function thanks to a single reference.
HC SCREW SIZE
Standard sizes available range from M1.6 to M30 for lengths from 2 to 50 mm.
Flat and rounded cylindrical type screws can be metric or American pitch.

- Material: 18/8 stainless steel
- Elastomeric seal: Silicone conforming to AA-59588, Class 3A, GR50,
- Operating temperature: -100° C to 260° C (depending on the type of seal chosen)
- Resistant to splashes, salt spray, sunlight, ozone, weather, fungus, dust and most acids and lubricating oils.
- Lifespan: more than 25 years.
- Reusable up to 10 times
- Protection: IP66 / IP68
